I am the founder and Managing Director of Red Pegasus.  Since Autumn of 2020, we have been helping our clients accelerate their growth in various ways. My specialist areas are in sales, leadership and business strategy, and my passion comes from my love for learning and helping those around me. The goals I set focus on our desire to maximise performance for our clients and each other. I am involved heavily in client work, and my approach is very hands-on in running the business and delivering our services. Our company values, integrity, collaboration, high performance, long-lasting partnerships, and not taking ourselves too seriously are all fundamental to our work. I am fortunate to work with an excellent team and fantastic, like-minded clients striving to be the best in their field.

I am blessed to have my incredible and supportive partner Lilly and our son George by my side, who mean the world to me. Outside of work, when I can find the time, I am also a hapless golfer and a football enthusiast.

As a customer success manager at Red Pegasus, my aim is to provide product support to clients on a daily basis in order to increase their confidence in product knowledge. On boarding clients efficiently is one of the most important tasks at hand, the distinctive relationship I have with clients gives me a unique framework to follow to meet individual needs.  

With years of experience in sales and customer service, I have learned the skills to help others thrive.   

My key strength is communication, building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results. Furthermore, I am extremely driven and always highly enthusiastic about my work and tasks ahead with a clear goal to succeed.  

I work with the team to provide visionary solutions for our clients, which I believe is the key to success.  

Outside of this I have 3 boys and a husband who keep me on my toes!

Originally from Holland, Eric is an award-winning business professional with over 30 years’ experience in sales & marketing, operations, and strategic planning. Eric has held senior positions with major IT Managed Service companies where he led international teams and introduced systems and procedures increasing sales activity and ultimately resulting in significant sales growth.

As an executive coach and consultant, Eric helps individuals, teams, and organisations in a variety of industries with the acceleration of sales skills and strategy and the implementation of CRM software and processes.

Eric has an infectious enthusiasm, problem solving capability and drive to assist clients with their business challenges. 

Outside of his work Eric composes music in his home studio and has been fortunate enough to release two albums.

As a CRM Consultant and Digital Marketing professional at Red Pegasus, I bring a wealth of experience to the team. My background includes an MA in Cinematography and Post Production, along with over seven years of freelance video editing expertise, cultivating my keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.

My technical proficiency and deep knowledge of CRM systems enable me to assist clients in enhancing their organisational efficiency, automating tasks, and improving customer interactions. I work closely with clients to tailor workflows and CRM strategies to their specific business needs, ensuring their objectives are effectively met.

In my spare time, I am a passionate video game enthusiast and find pleasure in immersing myself in the world of gaming.  𐂂

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our dog Maxine, yes, walks are a must. I also have interest in the financial markets, more specifically foreign exchange which I am learning in my personal time.
