The opportunity was clear: strong commercial thinking and well-implemented CRM technology could help ambitious businesses scale with more structure, visibility and confidence. The early proposition was built around what Colin knew best: sales leadership, problem-solving and helping businesses turn opportunity into action. Working with our first customers shape the proposition around a clear need: companies did not just need advice, they needed practical support to improve how they sold, followed up, reported and grew. This period proved an important lesson that still shapes the business today, sales performance is rarely improved by technology alone. HubSpot gave Red Pegasus a way to combine sales process, marketing automation, customer service, reporting and adoption in one scalable system. As the work became more technical and more strategic, the team expanded its capability across implementation, migrations, automation, dashboards, integrations, training and ongoing optimisation. The team combines HubSpot specialists, commercial consultants, developers, customer success and delivery expertise to support clients from strategy through to implementation and ongoing improvement. The business has grown year on year, but the principle has stayed the same: great systems only work when they support great commercial behaviour. Red Pegasus exists to help businesses build the process, technology and operating rhythm they need to grow practically, measurably and sustainably. 2024 ## What drives us We are practitioners, not theorists. Every senior member of the Red Pegasus team has spent years working in commercial roles — building sales pipelines, running marketing campaigns, managing teams, implementing CRM systems — before we ever advised anyone else on how to do it.
